You can choose to make a purchase two ways: 1- You may call our toll free number (888) 66-Favor and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. 2- Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then fill out any attributes related to your product. Next, click on the "Add To Shopping Cart". You will then be prompted to "checkout" or "continue shopping". When you checkout, you will be asked to fill in your shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.

Do you offer sample orders, and if so, what is the policy?
Although we work hard to furnish our site with exceptional product images, we understand that you may feel more comfortable placing a large order after seeing the items in person. However, when returning to ExclusiveMoonlight.com to place your full order (minimum 25 favors) for your wedding or baby occasion, please call us so that we can refund you the purchase price of your original sample item.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your refund and exchange policy?
At ExclusiveMoonlight.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges. Please note that personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, handmade sachets, samples and ribbon are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 7 business days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
